Escalation Structure Users List MXFE

This screen allows you to insert and amend users within an escalation structure.

Click Insert and Escalation Structure Users Edit MXFF opens.
Select the entry you want to edit, click Amend and Escalation Structure Users Edit MXFF opens.

You can change the appearance of the list view:

Fast prompt allows you to quickly view a list of options for certain fields.

NOTE Field visibility can be defined by your System Administrator, so not all fields documented may be shown.
