Amending list data via a popup

You can view and amend a row of data in a pop-up form.

Right click and select List: Form.

The selected row is shown in a pop-up.

• Prev moves to the previous row.
• Next moves to the next row.
• Validate validates field content.
• Prompt on applicable fields click to display a list of codes available.
• Cancel returns you to the main screen at the row/column selected in the form.

TIP This works for all list boxes on all main screens.
