You can sort the columns on a list box by using the single click option on the column heading. The first click will sort in ascending sequence and the second in descending sequence. You can only sort one column at a time using this method.
The fit width functionality is available by right clicking the column headings and selecting Fit Column Width. This can also be set as a system preference. See System Preferences (Basic Tab).
This action adjusts the column widths to the minimum size required to see the current set of data.
The columns on list screens can be shown / hidden or reordered as required.
Click OK or Cancel as required.
To clear any settings applied via the Show/hide/Reorder Columns option, right click and select Reset Columns.

Search Dialog |
Changes made using Show/Hide/Reorder Columns option will be reflected on Search Columns tab of Search dialog. Hidden Columns will not be shown and ordering of columns will be based on the set order. |
List Form |
Changes made using Show/Hide/Reorder Columns feature will be reflected on List Form dialog Box. Hidden Columns will not be shown and ordering of columns will be based on the set order. |
Download Dialog |
Changes made using Show/Hide/Reorder Columns feature will be reflected on Column Selection tab of Download dialog. Hidden Columns will not be shown and ordering of columns will be based on the set order. |
Charting |
Please note that changes made using Show/Hide/Reorder Columns feature will not affect charting module. Columns which are displayed on charting module will not depend on Show/Hide/Reorder Columns feature. |
Special Scenario |
A hidden column will itself turn visible if one of the cells of that column has an error or warning. |
