Changing list colours

Use Default System Colours

Tick to apply system default colours as defined in the system properties. Uncheck to enable the next two check boxes.

Use Alternate grid line colours

This activates colour selectors 1 and 2 depending on the check state. It will only be available if the Use Default System Colours check box is unchecked.

Use Alternate colours for single column lists

This option allows a different colour for lists where only a single column is painted. The only example is the field level help.

Use different colours for protected & unprotected fields

This overrides any of the user definable colour selection from the first three check boxes. When ticked it presents the grid as a white background for editable fields and bluey/grey for display fields. Enquiries like EJE will display all fields bluey/grey.
