Fast Prompt

Fast prompt allows you to quickly view a list of options for certain fields.

You can use fast prompt by::

• Double-clicking on the field, and a list will open.
• Press Prompt. Select the item and click Return to enter the selected data into the field.

• Tip Double-click on the item to view its details.

1. You can also multi-select items in Fast Prompt using the ctrl key, and apply them to create multiple entries.
2. Press OK to apply all the selected items in the order they are in the list.

CAUTION This will overwrite existing entries. Make sure there are no entries below the ones you are trying to enter.

3. Press Update Warnings to view any warnings that may occur as a result of adding multiple items.
