Click Update to save the changes made and close the screen.

Update Warnings

A warning message is displayed if the program finds that when the entered information is validated, the details are not as expected. A warning message allows you to continue unlike an error message. The purpose of the warning is to alert you that the program finds some of the entries unexpected.

If a field is in error, its background becomes red. The colour-coding scheme consists of the following:

• Error. Red
• Warning. Yellow
• Information. Green
• Prompt Return. Green
• Format Error. Blue

If the browser width is less than 1600 then Messages display at the top of the screen. If the browser width is greater than 1600 messages appear in a dedicated panel to the right.

Clicking on a message highlights the field in error. Similarly, clicking the field highlights the error message and brings it into view. Selecting an error from this list allows you to view the field or component causing the problem, if appropriate.

• Click Updt Warnings to update if you make changes to the screen.
• Click Accept Warnings to ignore the warnings.
