Escalation Structure Users Edit MXFF

This screen allows you to insert and amend users within an escalation structure.

To create an Escalation Structure User you must enter a structure code and a User.

If the head user of the structure has already been defined then a parent user must also be entered. The parent user that is entered must already exist as a user within the structure.

It is also possible to optionally, enter a number of escalation days specific to this user within this structure, which can be used to override any escalation days entered against the event.
