Standard Text Reference List MPXU

Standard Text References allow you to construct pieces of text on the system which are identified by the code attached to each. The text is saved on the system and may be retrieved for use either with Items or Documents.

Click Insert to add a Text Reference.
Click Amend to edit a Text Reference.

Open from Text Reference: Sales Order Processing.

You can change the appearance of the list view:

Altering list columns
Amending list data via a popup
Changing list colours
Downloading list contents
Filtering Lists
Code Switch

Fast prompt allows you to quickly view a list of options for certain fields.

NOTE Field visibility can be defined by your System Administrator, so not all fields documented may be shown.
