This screen allows you to create and amend the list of processes and their dependencies within a specified Schedule. Once a schedule has been defined it can be run at a specified date / time on a regular basis. This enables you to set up a series of regular processes to be run in a set order without the need to manually submit and monitor the processes.
Opens Schedule List MANM.
Enter the following fields on the Schedule screen to create a schedule of processes to run:
To use multiple sets of runtime parameters for processes, repeat steps 9 and 10 to create multiple requests for the processes.
Click Exit twice to return to the Request List screen (MAOA).Click Cancel to cancel the selection window and gain access to the request(s) that you have created.
For each request, do the following:
The parameters screen will be different for each process.
Use Cmd to delete reports, request additional report copies, etc.
Click the Update button to accept the changes to the screen.
You may override the printer destination for each report. by doing the following:
You can prompt to a list of distribution profiles if you do not know the printer ID.
Perform the following tasks from the pull-down menu on the Schedule screen (MANN).

Requests |
Click Display: Requests to display the Request List screen (MAOA) and all defined requests using the selected schedule. |
Active requests |
Click Display: Active Requests to display the List Active Requests screen (MAQC). This display is specific to the user, not to the schedule being used. |
Queue Submit |
Click Queue: Submit to submit the selected schedule for processing. When you select this action, a confirmation window appears. |
