Report / Request Edit MAOC

If desired, enter any optional fields on the Request/Report screen.

In the Refresh Reports confirmation window, click the Refresh Reports button. Use Cmd to delete reports, request additional report copies, etc.

Click the Update button to accept the changes to the screen.

Action	Description
REFRESH REPORTS	Click Refresh \| Reports to display a list of all reports available for this request. The system can only build a list if there are no report distribution details for any report defined for the specified process on the request/report. You can enter a spawned process to specify which reports are to be refreshed for which process. Otherwise, the system refreshes the reports for the originating process. After confirming this action, the system produces a complete list of all generated reports for the specified process.
DISPLAY DISTRIBUTIONS	Click Display \| Distributions to display the Request/Report Distribution screen (MAOD) for a specific report.
MAINTAIN DISTRIBUTIONS	Click Maintain \| Distributions to display the Request/Report Distribution screen (MAOD) to amend a specific report.
