System Controls: GL Security: Security Group Access Code

Enter an Update Access Code that controls update access to the data range which the access code identifies.

1. In the menu tree, select System Controls: Security Main: Security Group Menu: GL Security Menu: Security Group Access Codes. The Security Group Access Code List MENE opens.
2. Filter the list.
• Click Insert and Security Group Access Code Edit MENF opens.
• Select the entry you want to edit, click Amend and Security Group Access Code Edit MENF opens.

  Click Update or Update Warnings to update the screen when you make changes.

  If any of the warnings will create changes that are acceptable, click Accept Warnings to acknowledge the warnings, and action the changes.
