Escalation Structure List MXFC

This screen allows you to insert and amend an escalation structure to be used on Event Manager events.

Click:

Users to open the Escalation Structure Users List MXFE
Hierarchy to view the selected escalation structure.
Rebuild to initiate a rebuild of the escalation structure from the originating structure.

Fast prompt allows you to quickly view a list of options for certain fields.

NOTE Field visibility can be defined by your System Administrator, so not all fields documented may be shown.
