Escalation Structure Edit MXFD

This screen is used to establish and maintain an escalation structure which can be added to an Object event in order to define that BEM Escalation is in use. The escalation structure is used to control who and when any unactioned events are escalated to.

As these structures are independent to the PM and AP authorisation structures that also exist within the system it means that maintenance of the structures could be time consuming.

You can automate the BEM Escalation structure from either an AP or PM Authorisation structure using the fields detailed below. MXFC includes a rebuild process that rebuilds the Escalation structure from the originating structure if the relevant authorisation structure has been amended.

Field	Description
Escalation Details
Code	The code that is to be used to identify the escalation structure.
Description	A description to help describe the escalation structure.
Structure Generation
Originating Module	This field contains the Indicator to define which purchasing module authorisation structure is linked to this escalation structure.
Originating Company	This field can contain the purchasing company of the authorisation structure that is linked to this escalation structure.
Originating Structure	This field can contain the purchasing authorisation structure that is linked to this escalation structure.
Default Days	Enter the Default days that will be used when creating structure users.
