This screen provides both an enquiry into the overall reconciliation status of one or more GL accounts, and an ability to carry out manual reconciliation.
The manual reconciliation summary list will display the full account, or multiple full accounts selected by the user.
The header panel displays 4 pieces of overall summary information pertaining to the search:
The total of the un-reconciled amounts for all the account listed.
The total number of un-reconciled transactions for the accounts listed.
The percentage of the total number of reconciled transactions for all accounts listed.
The percentage of the total number of un-reconciled transactions for all accounts listed.
The list panel displays for each full account:
The latest date reconciliation was successfully done for the account in the selected range as entered in the above parameters. (Whether by automatic reconciliation, or manual / forced reconciliation).
The Total amount of transactions un-reconciled for this account for the selected range as entered in the above parameters.
The Total number of transactions un-reconciled for this account for the selected range as entered in the above parameters.
The percentage of transactions un-reconciled for this account for the selected range as entered in the above parameters.
The Total amount of transactions reconciled for this account for the selected range as entered in the above parameters.
The Total number of transactions reconciled for this account for the selected range as entered in the above parameters.
The percentage of transactions reconciled for this account for the selected range as entered in the above parameters.
The total number of transactions (both reconciled and un-reconciled for the account / range in question).

This variant of MEL3 is virtually identical to that previously described, except that in the case of reconciled transactions the additional reconciled data will be populated.
