Use this screen to set up parameters for the B1A Transaction Archive process. This process transfers transactions from the live database to the Accounts Receivable history database or the Accounts Receivable summary archive history file.
Opens from System Controls: Accounts Receivable.
Enter the following fields:
If the Accounts Receivable history database is in use, transactions are archived if: Archive Date | Settlement Date
If archiving directly to the Accounts Receivable summary history archive file, transactions are archived if Archive Date - Settlement Date | Number of Days to Keep Settled Transactions (defined at company or ledger level). For example, if the archive date is February 15th, a transaction's settlement date is February 1st and the number of days to keep settled transactions is 30, the transaction will not be archived because it has only been retained for 14 days.
