QED Print Effect Group Edit MSAB

A print effects group defines a related set of individual print effects that determines how data will appear.

The print effects are defined on the Print Effects screen MSAD.

The print effects are assigned to the set on the Print Group/Effects screen MSAE.

Any escape characters that need to be redefined may be entered but at the moment these are purely commentary as performance considerations made it necessary to hard code them.
