JB Billing Invoice Template Edit MNAH

Use this screen to define the Billing Invoice Templates that can be used against a job.

Enter an 8 character alphanumeric Template Code and a Description of the code.

You can then enter the other fields to determine what will be shown on the Invoice lines that are generated in the billing proposal.

Fast prompt allows you to quickly view a list of options for certain fields.

NOTE Field visibility can be defined by your System Administrator, so not all fields documented may be shown.
