Inventory Management Picking List BIN / GRN Edit MHMF

Only if you have picked less than what was requested may you go into this screen in order to allocate the picked quantity from the specified Bin/GRN's. Click on Bin/GRN's to specify your selection.

On initial drop down you will see the movement quantities based on the automatic allocation (top/down) as proposed in the Requested to Pick Quantity. You can either accept these or alter them, providing you do not exceed the requested pick quantity.

Screen Specific Actions

Action	Description
Pick All	Use this action if you wish all lines to be picked. 'Pick all' moves the requested quantity into the actually picked quantity.
Go Requisitions	This action allows you to return to the Requisition screen MHME.
Exit Suspend	This allows you to exit the screen without updating. The document is saved, a reference number assigned and the system gives the reference number a status of suspended. This allows you to continue with the document at a later date.
