Mass PEV Update MEOS

This screen allows the mass maintenance of the VAT Rates assigned against Partially Exempt GL Management Codes. The process is run via SUBMIT EO6 in the command line.

A report will be produced out of the process detailing the changes:

Examples

Scenario 1 – Insert new rates

Data Prior to Process Running:

Process ran with the Insertion of Rate flag set for Cost Centres LS01 – LS03 and SS99 – SS99, with and Effective Date of 01-05-2011 and a rate of 9.00.

Data after process has run:

Scenario 2 – amending rates, with range of Management Codes

Data Prior to Process Running:

Process ran for Cost Centres LS01 – LS03, with an Effective Date of 01-06-2011 and a new rate of 10.00 (no data entered in old rate).

Data after process has run:

Scenario 3 – amending rates, with range of Management Codes

Data Prior to Process Running:

Process ran for Cost Centres LS01 – LS03 and S999-S999, with an Effective Date of 01-07-2011 and a new rate of 11.00 and an old rate of 9.00.

Date after process has run:

Scenario 4 – amending rates, All Management Codes

Data Prior to Process Running:

Process ran for All Cost Centres with an Effective Date of 01-08-2011, a new rate of 12.00 and an old rate of 10.00.

Data after process has run:

Scenario 5 – amending rates, All Management Codes

Data Prior to Process Running:

Process ran for All Cost Centres with an Effective Date of 01-09-2011, a new rate of 13.00 but no old rate.
