ICA Elements Edit MECJ

In Element, enter a BTZ element. Right clicking displays the associated description. This element must have previously been defined on the Element screen MECF.

Enter the ICA Management Code used for the ICA postings generated as a result of ICA. This management code must be specific to the BTZ element specified in the element field. The code specified must be defined as a path key element on the Path Key Definition screen MECH.

Enter General Ledger Control Code that contains the suspense account for use if suspense transactions are created during data entry. This code must exist on the Ledger Control screen MEAD.

Enter Accounts Payable Control Code containing the suspense account to use if creating suspense transactions during data entry. This code must exist on the Ledger Control screen MEAD.

Screen Specific Actions

Action	Use
DISPLAY STRUCTURE	Click Display \| Structure to display the Structure List screen MECA for viewing a list of structures. From the Structure List screen MECA, you can insert or amend a new structure.
DISPLAY CONTROL	Click Display \| Control to display the Structure Control List screen MECC. Click OK in the selection window and a list of path codes that associate with the specified ICA structure appears. From the Structure Control List screen MECC, you can access the Structure Control screen MECD to insert or amend a path code in the structure.
DISPLAY ELEMENT	Click Display \| Element to display the Element List screen MECE. A list of non-path key elements that associate with the specified ICA structure appears. From the Element List screen MECE, you can access the Element screen MECF to insert or amend an element in the structure.
DISPLAY PATH	Click Display \| Path to display the Path Key List screen MECG. In the selection window, enter Path Code and click OK . A list of nominal and / or management code elements that associate with the specified ICA structure appears. From the Path Key Definition List screen MECG, you can access the Path Key Definition screen MECH to insert or amend a path key element in the structure/path code combination.
