Identify the Dunning Group and Severity Level to which this format is to apply.
Enter a Description, up to 40 characters.
Select the Letter Type from one of the following codes to determine how the dunning letter will be created:
If Letter, Internal or Record/Letter is selected as the letter type code then letter lines must be completed at the next format.
Enter Dunning Limit if a monetary value is required as a minimum letter value before a letter is to be extracted.
Enter a Diary Type if details of letters created for this severity level are to be created as customer dairy events. This will override the diary type held at the Dunning Group MBFK if one has been entered.
Enter the Distribution Profile to determine the print details for this severity level letter only.
Select the Edit Letter Lines action to access the letter lines format of the Dunning Format screen MBFM. The text entered here will be printed in the main narrative text of the dunning letter. The number of characters per line and number of lines allowed depends upon the setting of Letter Type on the dunning format header as follows:

Lets you toggle between the detail line enquiries and the detail line edit version of the on the detail lines screen. |

Click Edit | Lines from the header version of the Dunning Format MBFM, to display the detail lines version of the screen for entering or editing letter line text. |
