This screen is used to hold technical controls which will allow the definition of

A Document Manager entity (archive table)
The screen fields used to link to that document manager.

Paperclip requires the Base Table and Base Column fields to be completed to allow for relationships between the archive tables to be defined. The distributable flag may be set to indicate paperclip attachments can be added to matching Report entity external emails.
