This screen is used to set up the global settings for web services export.

Description |
Administration User |
This is the reporting user and must exist as a valid reporting user identifier. Where QED’s are used as part of the overall solution, such as to initiate BEM trigger generation, and to export the actual changed data, this user will receive any relevant reports. |
Administration Distribution |
The distribution profile used for the reports produced as defined above, such as STD, E50MAILU etc. |
Trace Users |
This allows input of a list of user identifiers that can potentially receive extra trace displays for support purposes. The list could be input as User1 user2 etc. |
Export Data Group |
Represents the Export Data Group to be generated. Would usually only be changed via a services modification. |
Export Mapping |
Represents the Export QED Mapping to be generated. Would usually only be changed via a services modification. |
Export Mapping Process |
Represents the Export QED Mapping Process to be used. Would usually only be changed via a services modification. |
Export Web Type |
Represents the Export Web Type to be used. Would usually only be changed via a services modification. |
Export Web Format |
Represents the Export Web Format to be used. Would usually only be changed via a services modification. |
Export Generate Include Company / Prefix |
The QED include names to generate the BEM triggers into. Would usually only be changed via a services modification. |
Export Template Include Company / Prefix |
The QED template include names to construct the BEM triggers from. Would usually only be changed via a services modification. |
Export Object / Event Name |
These are the Object / Events the BEM triggers are generated against. Would usually only be changed via a services modification. |
Export Delete Updates |

Export Maximum Updates |
Represents the maximum number of updates per extract to be exported in a single message. So, if 600 changes had been made and this setting was 500, the first 500 would be extracted on one XML message and the remaining 100 in a second. |
