Personal Query Edit MAFT

This screen may be opened from any list screen which has the Personal Query button. See also Personal Query List MAFS.

Use this screen to enter a new Personal Query for the original list program or load and execute an existing one.

Action

Description

Advanced Mode \ Beginner Mode

Toggle between the Advanced and Beginner modes.

Advanced allows you to use XML/Jasper and access Audit details.

Use Next Format to view EWS and Map Data options.

Move up

Will move the currently selected row up by 1.

Move down

Will move the currently selected row down by 1.

Deselect All

Will reset the selection of all fields.

Tidy Column Seq.

Tidy up the column sequence.

Refresh

Refresh the screen.

Choose other Query (Other Queries in Advanced Mode)

Will display a window showing all Queries defined by the current user for the original list program.

Run Query

This is available on the Step 4, Run or Save Query tab

Will process the query transferring to Personal Query View MAFV to display the results.

Note If you open this screen from Personal Query List MAFS  then you will not be able to use Run Query.

Other Queries Window

Allows you to maintain any other queries you have defined for the screen.

Load the Selected Query for editing

Run Query

Will process the query transferring to Personal Query View MAFV to display the results.

Note If you open this screen from Personal Query List MAFS  then you will not be able to use Run Query.

Insert

Will clear any existing Query starting a new default one.

Default

Will set/reset the selected Queries Default flag.

Delete

Will edit purge the selected Query.

Copy

Will copy the selected query and load it.

NOTE Field visibility can be defined by your System Administrator, so not all fields documented may be shown.
