Charts: Data Tab

This tab is used to select the data values and the data labels  from the list screen in order to produce the charts.

TIP At least one Data Value and one Data Label are required in order to plot a chart.

Data Values (financial values)

Click the Data Value in the left hand list to add it to the right-hand list. Repeat as required for multiple values. To remove items simply click them again in the right-hand list..

Data Labels (non financial values)

There are two options relating to data labels:

Click the label  in the left hand list to add it to the right-hand list. Repeat as required for multiple values. To remove items simply click them again in the right-hand list..

Once the required values are selected the chart is automatically produced and displayed. The default chart option (unless a profile has been defined) is Column. This can be changed as required using the options at the top of the screen.
