To help speed up the creation of documents you can create skeleton documents within Sales Invoicing that can provide much of the detail of a final document. Skeleton documents can be very useful where you have a regular document type that needs creating, but with only small variations (e.g. price or quantity) between documents.
Limited validation is provided on skeletons to allow you the flexibility to provide as much or as little of the information required for a document as needed.
You can attach a skeleton document to a document type such that when you specify the document type, the skeleton associated with that document type is loaded. Alternatively, you can select a skeleton for document entry from a list of available skeletons during document entry.
