Overview

An asset is created on the system through one of various methods described elsewhere in this guide (for example, directly through screens, via the Prompt file or off Line). However, an asset does not become live until it has an initial valuation created for it. From this point on many things can happen to it throughout it's life cycle. This section describes these events and how they are handled by the e5 Fixed Assets system.
