Any Business Event Manager message that can appear in a User Diary in e5H5 , will also be visible within the Task Manager application. The majority of these events will only be able to display data that is resident in the actual e5H5 diary event itself. The only action available against those entries will be to link to the e5H5 application such as the:
Certain other events provide extended visibility of e5H5 data pertinent to the Task, and an ability to remotely trigger within Task Manager an Authorisation or Rejection action that will update e5H5 .
It is also possible to link back to a certain user interface for certain events and another for other events.
The following diary entries have more information shown in Task Manager than is available through the normal Business Event Manager Diary message.
Order Details Displayed in Task Manager
Module = e5, Id=BEM unique identifier, Action before date, Priority= as set by application (1,2,3), created date, created by, status.
Order number, Revision number, Owner description, Owner eMail Address, Buyer description Date, document value, Currency description and Supplier description.
Line details available are: Item code / description, Quantity, QUOM description, Price, PUOM description, Delivery location description. (Equivalents for Rate and Value type lines).
Requisition Details Displayed in Task Manager

AP Transaction Details Displayed in Task Manager

Actionable Events
For the initial phase of development only the Purchasing authorisation events, i.e.: Order Authorisation, Requisition Authorisation, Invoice Authorisation, will be able to be actioned from within Task Manager. Actions available against those events will be Authorise, Reject or link to the e5H5 application.
All other entries within Task Manager will provide an ability to go into e5H5 to progress further.
